Listing Service-www.rapv.com, but also on numerous search engines: Realtor.com, realestate.com, Homeslistingsusa.com, Bobvilla.com,
HGTV.com, Lendingtree.com, to name a few. This exposure makes your properties
available to anyone throughout the world. In addition Brooks Real
Estate would also search and advertise on specialized websites that would draw different and
varied clientele.
MISCELLANEOUS - We often use varied and unique approaches in order to
get your property in front of the buyers.
*Posting ad flyers in the local shops
*Distribute ad flyers at various town functions (fairs, community dinners
etc.)
*Put up info boxes. These
